Who can apply

Can you commit 16 hours a week?

You can apply while studying, working, looking for work or changing direction. No previous CRM or automation experience is needed.

Reliable laptop or desktop access. Borrowed or shared is fine.
Stable internet and a place to focus.
Basic English for instructions and work conversations.
At least 16 hours a week for sessions and practical assignments.
Willingness to take feedback, meet deadlines and protect client information.

Don't have a computer yet? You may arrange access within seven days, provided it is ready before training starts.
