BizGrowww Talent Programme & Refund Terms
These terms govern your application, eligibility check, fee payments, admissions, training participation, and refund rights for the BizGrowww Talent batch.
1. Programme Scope & Structure
BizGrowww Talent is an intensive 8-week supervised business training programme running from 9 November 2026 to 3 January 2027.
- Cohort Capacity: Limited strictly to 20 enrolled learners.
- Time Commitment: Live interactive sessions held Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST (with full session recordings provided) and supervised practical assignments.
- Equipment & Language: A laptop or desktop computer with reliable internet access. Training is conducted in English + Hindi (English instructions with Hindi clarification). Computer access is mandatory before training begins on 9 November 2026.
2. Total Fees & Payment Schedule
The total programme fee is ₹4,998 payable in two sequential steps:
Your ₹999 application payment is credited toward the ₹4,998 total. No balance is charged automatically. Payment alone does not confirm a training place or a later job.
3. Refund Policy & Rules
If you submit a paid application and are not offered one of the 20 training places, your ₹999 application payment is refunded in full to your original payment method.
If you are offered a training place but choose to decline or let the 48-hour offer deadline expire, the ₹999 application payment is not refunded.
This policy concerns admission to training; it does not depend on whether you are later selected for employment after the 8-week training period.
4. Admissions Timeline & Capacity Limit
- 24-Hour Review: Complete, successfully paid applications on our Razorpay page are reviewed manually by the BizGrowww team within 24 hours.
- Final Admissions Date: All admission decisions for the November batch will be finalised by 7 November 2026.
- 48-Hour Acceptance Window: Successful applicants receive an offer valid for exactly 48 hours to pay the ₹3,999 balance and secure their place.
- Strict Capacity Protection: Confirmed enrollments plus active unexpired offers will never exceed 20 places. If an offer expires, the seat is released to the next qualified applicant.
5. Employment & Client Pathways
BizGrowww Talent is designed to train practical business skills across CRM, funnels, automations, and client communication:
- 5 BizGrowww Hires: Five graduates from the cohort will join BizGrowww in operational client delivery roles after practical assessment. Hiring decisions evaluate task execution, communication, and reliability.
- Client Network Recommendations: Strong performers may be introduced to employers and clients in our network based on performance and client demand. Each client conducts its own interviews and makes independent hiring decisions.
- Independent Service Business: All learners learn to define a service offer, build an enquiry funnel, and deliver work for their own clients.
- Employment Terms: Applying or enrolling does not constitute a guaranteed job. If hired by BizGrowww or a partner employer, agreed employment contracts, confidentiality clauses, and client-conflict terms apply. Outside client projects during active employment require explicit company policy compliance.
6. Software Package Access
All 20 enrolled learners receive 1 year of the BizGrowww software package starting upon confirmed enrollment.
This includes CRM pipelines, contact management, enquiry capture pages, and workflow automations needed for coursework and starter client projects. Coursework does not require additional software purchases. Third-party messaging costs (e.g. Meta WhatsApp API fees) and optional advertising budgets are the applicant's own choice and are not included in the programme fee.
